Your Genie Design subscription grants you posts that vary based on your subscription package. Under Standard, Genie will design 15 social media static posts for you each month! In our Pro package, your 15 designed social media posts include 3 gifs as well! And under Premium, you get several motion graphics and static graphics to make up a social media calendar of 20 eye-catching designs, per month!
In all our packages, Genie delivers all your content a week after you subscribe. After the first month, we’ll send you a new batch of posts to review at the beginning of your subscription each and every month. For edits and revisions, these depend on your choice of package. Premium subscribers enjoy getting their edits in real-time whereas Standard and Pro clients have a 5-day turnaround period.
Send us an email right away! Genie will be sad to see you go, but after you complete our form to unsubscribe, we’ll poof away and wish you luck on your individual business journies.
If you don’t ask us to, we won’t post on your social handles. But a Premium Genie will need your login information or social handles’ access in order to manage and schedule your posts as per the content calendar, no doubt!
We take a lot of time developing your content, so we don’t offer refunds or money-back. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
The only information we want is your logo and a website link. We can absolutely benefit from more information, but we’ve worked with dozens of clients who just don’t have the time to do so. That’s okay! Don’t worry; we’re used to creating fantastical posts with little information from you and the creativity of Genie’s hearts.
